This policy explains what personal information Expand Online Pty Ltd (ABN 55 702 700 927) collects through this website, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send an audit request, we collect what you type into the form: your name, business name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, and any message you include. If you email or call us, we keep the details you give us in that conversation.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. We use Google Ads, which may set cookies to tell us when someone who clicked one of our ads goes on to send an enquiry. You can control cookies in your browser settings and manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
Why we collect it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare your audit and quote, provide services if you become a client, and keep records we're required to keep. We don't sell your information, and we won't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the business, and they handle your information on our behalf:
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives form submissions
- Google, for email (Google Workspace) and advertising (Google Ads)
These providers may store information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. We only share what's needed for them to provide their service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How we keep it safe
Your information is stored in password-protected accounts with two-step verification. We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them for the purposes above, then delete them.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email cooper@expandonline.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days.
